From the Start

When the Marauders were in school they became animagus so they could help their friend, Remus, who was a werewolf. What most people didn't know was that Lilly also became an animagus so she could help the Marauders and cover for them. Then later in life, because they were both animagus, Harry was born with an untapped animagus form. But when Lilly and James died so did the knowledge of Harry's form. It was truly rare for this to happen and it was foretold that they had mates like many other magical creatures like: Werewolves, Veelas, ect.
Draco was raised with hate and neglect. He was told to only seek power but what will happen when he wants friends more than he wants the Dark Mark and evil power. He was brought up in secrecy and feels more lonely every day, while he is ignored. His poise and kindness are far beyond how he was raised.
Will Harry and Draco figure out each others secret? Especially when Harry takes Draco's hand in their first year, and grow up in Slytherin together.
A/N- Remus and Sirius are alive and together as Sirius is Remus' mate. They raise Harry but his parents are dead and Peter was caught and sent to Azkaban so Sirius is a free man.
