She is strong. She has control. She won't let the grief win. Her hands are on the steering wheel and the boat rises.

"Always and forever" she whispered one last time.

Her claws retracted and her eyes returned to their normal color. She looked... fine. But that word could not truly describe her. She was still at sea. She was just in the eye of the storm.
