Who knew that throwing a shoe could change the course of a person's life ... for the better?

Nicci Temple has a temper, and she knows it. It's gotten her in more trouble than she cares to remember, but this time she may have gone too far. Throwing her shoe in a room full of reporters was a pretty awful idea, and it seems that the only person who can help her get back everything she is in danger of losing is the same guy that caused her meltdown in the first place. While on her journey to mend her mistakes, she's starting to realize that throwing her shoe may have been the best decision she could have made.

Unfortunately, she has managed to make some enemies that will stop at nothing to sabotage her. Luckily, Jamie has supportive uncles, new friends, a special guy, and her own abilities fight for her dreams. ...but will it be enough to make things go the way she pictures it?
