The world as we know it has changed.
Powered beings now make up a staggering percentage of the populations of most major cities across the world.
Governments now find themselves in an arms race to secure as many of these powerful individuals as possible so as not to be left behind by the changing trend.
Majority of these individuals comprise the youthful population of their respective countries. As many try to resist others find themselves drawn to the idea of fame and war.
All the while a sinister group prepares to strike against these so called... Heros?
