The world as we know it has changed. Powered beings now make up a staggering percentage of the populations of most major cities across the world. Governments now find themselves in an arms race to secure as many of these powerful individuals as possible so as not to be left behind by the changing trend. Majority of these individuals comprise the youthful population of their respective countries. As many try to resist others find themselves drawn to the idea of fame and war. All the while a sinister group prepares to strike against these so called... Heros?

Villains are mean liars with evil intentions and an arrogant self importance that will lead to the destruction of others. The dark powered must be stopped or else the poor and innocent light powered be forced under a reign of Terror. That's what it looks like from a normal point of view, but is it all true? We never know because we never really hear the Villain's story. There are many bad people out there but is it destiny and fate that keeps some behind bars and others in the comfort of their homes? Can we not fight against our destiny and choose our own path? Villains are always hated, but do all of them deserve it?
