What happens when you combine a bunch of werewolves in modern society is something only insane would ask? And the insane did just that, create an experiment, changing the human genome to something more feral and supernatural decades ago. Thousands of newly genetically modified creatures were released into all around the world, repopulating the Earth rapidly. Hunting of these werewolves for the marking is legal to keep population in control however, society shifted for the werewolves to cater for their needs.
