Kieca, Japan is a city built on crime. However, for the past 20 years, the crime rates have been declining dramatically due to the sudden remodeling made to half town. Rich people have begun to move there because of the wonderful ocean view, and forcing the original residents out.
Now, the town is split down the center. One side is a booming residential area, with an ever growing population. The other, a poor place, full of poor people. Gangs dominate there, and not a single Elite dares to step place there.
Except for Shio Legume. A young boy who aspires to change the world, and be remembered even after death.
