Based on the semi-hero hero's ending of Shadow the hedgehog.

After realizing what Shadow was, the ebony hedgehog started to feel useless. He started to hide himself, not wanting to scare anyone because of he liaison with Black Doom.

On the other side of the city, Abraham, G.U.N.'s commander, still full of rage against Shadow, tries to find him and kill him.

Sonic is called by the president, Shadow is missing. He's in mission with Rouge to find him. But when they find out what would happen to Shadow if he came back, they decided to take him away from the state.
