A serial killer uses a young woman named Sophia Foster to commit crimes together through a couple promises. In this world, a promise is a promise. If you make a promise, you must carry it out or you will die of a heart attack. Your body will also do anything it can to you get you to complete that promise. For Example, if you promise somebody that you will give them a dollar tomorrow, your body will force you to remember to get a dollar and give it to them.
