Harry began losing his hearing when he was 13, now he's 22, and wears hearing aids, but prefers to talk through sign language if possible. He likes to hold on to visuals, since he struggles holding on to sounds.
Louis is 24, and he is the voice that Harry hopes to hold on to the most.
