After the brutal slaughtering of her parents, fourteen year old Sumiko wakes up as a day class student at Cross Academy with only a few memories and a goal to find out who her parent's killers are and the reason behind their doing so. It's been two years since that nightmare, and she still hasn't found her killers, but instead has come to fall in love with a particular vampire whom she has a vague and scary memory of. Sumiko then comes to realize that her killers are coming back and her days may be numbered after seeing repetitive threats for her life. Will she find the murderers of her parents and get the reason why? Maybe catch the heart of a vampire in the process? Or will she be killed first?
