" Hey Natsu... You okay? " A blond haired girl questioned.

The only reply she got was silence. She rested her body on the sides of the door frame, she tilted her head to the side and let her long pigtails fall at her sides.

Natsu, slid down from the bed and readjusted himself to sit cross-legged at the bottom of the bed frame, he leaned up against the mattress letting out a heavy groan. The blond sighed, she felt completely lost in what to do. She slowly walked over to the pinkette and crouched down in front of him.

The boy's face was unusually pale, it was strange to see his skin tone so light compared to his naturally tan complexion. Not only that but his eyes held visible dark bags. His expression was almost dead, he looked absolutely miserable.

She reached out in front of her and gently caressed his right cheek. While doing so Natsu swiftly grabbed her arm and pulled her into a hug tight hug.

She was a bit shocked at first but was quick to hug back, she was completely oblivious to what was going on inside his head.I

" Hey... '' His voice cracked. She hummed in response while drawing circles into his back.

" You're not gonna disappear... Right? " The pink haired mage sounded like he was on the verge of bursting into tears. " Cuz usually at this point you do some weird sparkly shit and turn into glitter or somethin'... " His hoarse voice was rough and shaky. He let out a painful chuckle as he pulled her closer.

The blond only shook her head and buried her face into his scarf, " I'm not going anywhere... "

(A FAIRY TAIL FANFICTION) Nothing changes the fact that Fairy Tail has the best wizards, right? Wrong. Because they betrayed me. My dear friends and mentors. Family? Friends? Comrades? What's that? They don't exist in my eyes anymore. We used to be happy. It didn't start off well, but when you found me, it was amazing. I was happier than I had ever been. But all that was destroyed when you left me and went over to them. I still had Natsu, Gray, Erza, Happy and the rest. But you both were gone. How were we supposed to fight now? Was there even a point anymore? I even sympathized with our enemies. It was the betrayal I couldn't get over. #1 in fire magic ( 07/01/20) #1 in crystal magic (12/21/19) **BOOK EXTRACT?** 'What do we do if something happens?' Gray asked, 'If the thieves enter our house?' 'You signal us immediately,' Erza said. 'You will not face them alone, no matter how weak or strong they are. Got it, Gray, Natsu?' They nodded hastily. 'Erza,' I said. 'That applies to you too, you know.' Erza turned to me. Gray and Natsu were shaking their heads vigorously as if trying to warn me. I gave them a death glare in return and looked at Erza. She sighed. 'You're right,' she said. Gray and Natsu looked at her like she suddenly sprouted wings and was singing "I'm a happy Neko-chan!" Well, it wasn't entirely impossible, since she could fly in some of her armours, but the singing was an entirely different story. 'Right,' I said. 'But what will be our signal?' We all thought about that, even Happy. Then finally, Dragneel bust out, 'Well, what's our magic for?!' We all stared at him. Then I sighed. 'As much as I hate to admit it,' I said. 'He's right.' Dragneel nodded eagerly. 'I'll blow fire,' he said. 'I'll....' Gray paused. 'Make snowfall?' I gave him a disgusted look.

"Natsu, you make me happy. And I don't know how I could've gotten through this week without you. Even with me not being able to speak you didn't plead with me to get me to talk or force me to talk. It made me love you even more for that." I paused for a moment, feeling the lump in my throat form, signaling that I was going to cry again. I took a shaky breath and looked at him with pleading eyes. "I don't know how I'm going to get through how ever long it is until I see you again. Please convince your parents to come with me! Please Natsu!" After Lucy and Natsu had just confessed their love for each other. Lucy finds out that her parents pass away in a fatal car accident. A week later after being taken in by the Dragneel family, on Natsu's thirteenth birthday, Lucy's sister Michelle comes to take Lucy home with her to Paris to live with her and her husband. Lucy stays in Paris, only keeping in touch with one friend during her four years there. On her sixteenth birthday, Lucy finally moves back to Magnolia. With Natsu heavy on her mind, she gets a job and begins attending the same high school as Natsu. What happens when they get assigned to be partners on a school project after not speaking for four long years? And finding out she just happens to have gotten a job at the same place Natsu works? Will their love blossom as quickly as when they were twelve? Or will they never be meant to be with each other ever again. [completed] It's just another day at FairyTail, when Lucy enters the guild; a small smile across her lips, and her keys attached to her waist. The guild is being as rowdy as ever, the boys throwing chairs at each other as Erza tries to get them all to settle down. Except that Lucy can't seem to find Natsu. "Mira..." Lucy mumbles as she takes a seat at the bar, her eyes still searching for her partner. "Hm?" She asks, placing down the cup that she was cleaning. "Where's Natsu?" Mira's posture suddenly shifts, she leans over closer to Lucy, grabbing the edge of the counter. "Lucy..." She warns. "You have to stay away from Natsu. Just for a little while..." "Eh? Nani?" "Natsu isn't quite right for now. He'll be fine, but you have to stay at home for a few days." "Mira... What are you talking about?" She asks, confused. "I don't expect you to understand. You just have to trust me." "But it's his birthday this weekend... I made special plans to celebrate. Knowing Natsu, being sick won't stop him from hanging out and going to a buffet." She giggles. "He's too sick, Lucy. It's better for you both if you stay away from him for the time being. Just go home and rest, he'll be fine in a couple of days." Mira tells her, grabbing her arm and leading her to the door. "Eh? But Mira-" "Go Lucy." She pushes her out of the guild doors. "What has that Baka done now?" She mumbles, heading back home.
