Do you know anybody that is transgender? Well, now you do. Izuku Midoriya is a transgender male and is still waiting patiently for his transition. His first day at UA High School was his celebration of being two months on Testosterone. His childhood friend, Bakugou, didn't even know Deku's secret, but that is only because he never paid attention to him to notice any differences. That was until somebody was becoming suspicious with all this "special treatment."
Izuku still has One For All and he still got it from All Might. The only thing changed is that Izuku is a transgender male.
