In a silent neighborhood, lives a ghost, wandering above houses. This ghost is called "Luna". Luna is a good ghost, who wants happiness in its neighborhood. But, the kids who lives in the neighborhood, has a dark past. They only have depression, and sadness, which becomes a dark element in the silent neighborhood. Luna, met someone who is called "Rick". They work together to face the dark element in the neighborhood, and bring joy to the neighborhood, by painting the whole neighborhood with a magic brush to a bright and colorful neighborhood.

They don't belong in the normal human world but the world they once lived has been taken over by the Darkness and is unsafe for young children. When Luna turns 16 she is to cross to this world to not return until she decides to have kids of her own. As at 16 her abilities start showing which is also too dangerous because Luna herself isn't what her parents expected her to be.Complete
