Our Friendly Neighbour Ghost

In a silent neighborhood, lives a ghost, wandering above houses. This ghost is called "Luna". Luna is a good ghost, who wants happiness in its neighborhood. But, the kids who lives in the neighborhood, has a dark past. They only have depression, and sadness, which becomes a dark element in the silent neighborhood. Luna, met someone who is called "Rick". They work together to face the dark element in the neighborhood, and bring joy to the neighborhood, by painting the whole neighborhood with a magic brush to a bright and colorful neighborhood.
