Eliminating all her rivals?

She did that but she still didn't get her senpai in the end.

Reality checks herself,she feels some emotions but the last emotion she feels before she falls asleep is sadness,waking up Ayano finds herself in a parallel universe when school has just started where her rivals,and senpai's gender are reversed?!?
She as well has a male counterpart as her brother,still new to her emotions she enters Akademi High and begins her new life.

(Everything that is mine is the story plot and the main character,their might be other ox's later in the future but other than that I do not take credit for anything else!)
