This story is about Levi x reader(male) and of course some depressing element. And the spotlight of the story is about hanahaki disease.
(Hanahaki disease: a fictional disease that the victim suffers from it if they have an unrequited love. The only way to cure is through surgery or their love is mutual aka their crush have the same feeling as them.)

Hanahaki disease: Hanahaki develops when somebody has one-sided love. It is very VERY rare. The person's lungs fill up with flowers, the favorite color of their love. Eventually the flowers fill their lungs and they die. It can be healed if the person's love returns their feelings. But if the person gets rejected, they will die faster. Or they can have an operation, but they lose all memory of their love. (im bad at describing ok😭) What happens when izuku is put between life and death for his love?
