(Hanahaki disease: a fictional disease that the victim suffers from it if they have an unrequited love. The only way to cure is through surgery or their love is mutual aka their crush have the same feeling as them.)

Eventually the flowers fill their lungs and they die. It can be healed if the person's love returns their feelings. But if the person gets rejected, they will die faster. Or they can have an operation, but they lose all memory of their love. (im bad at describing ok😭) What happens when izuku is put between life and death for his love?
