A Plea for the American Education System

Taking a look at the American Education system and offering a new system that could potentially work better.

** I started this out to be an essay and somewhere in the process it turned into me sharing an idea I had for a new type of education system. It's not one of the best things I've written, but I figured I'd post it for constructive criticism anyway.
