The anger in Frank's eyes confused Gerard somewhat and face took on a curious expression, that was instantly washed away by pain and hurt due to moving his face too much. Frank let go of his chin, as Gerard was attempting to get up he kicked him in the ribs and walked down the hallway. When he was about to leave, he turned.

"And don't stutter, it's pathetic" Frank spat and then left, left Gerard in the hall knowing that the nurse would be there shortly as he made an anonymous call.

Gerard's parents are religious, they value their beliefs above their sons. But Gerard doesn't believe in such things. Gerard was different than all the other people his age. He always had been. It must be good for something though, because not many people bother to figure out Gerard.
