The term BAREFOOTED doesn't literally mean Someone literally on foot.
It just defines how raw everything is in this book.
For me as the writer it means Unconditional Love.
We don't need to cover up or protect ourselves from finding love. Courage to pursue your love at any state is when you feel the need to is of importance.
