Eleven years ago a horrific fire took Taehyung's family from him and left his mind horrifically scarred. Afterwards he was confined to Banstead Asylum, where he struggled to confront his demons by slipping further into his fantasy world of Wonderland. Now, after ten years, he has finally secured his release - yet he still bears the heavy psychological burden of that tragic event.
With his mind in tatters, he is unable to resolve the fear prompted by his strange memories, dreams, and visions. Perhaps he'll do better in Wonderland. He always has. He travels there, seeking what the "real" world can't provide: security, knowledge, and the truth about the past. But after a year of Taehyung's absence, Wonderland too has suffered. Something has gone horribly wrong, and now a great evil is descending upon what once was his beautiful refuge.
