(Y/n) turned around to face the, as she would put it, so called hero. He stood about 15 feet away from her, and held his fists up. "You're a fugitive. It's time for this to end." He shouted. (Y/n) shook her head. "You've been at this for months, and it never works." She sighed. As stupid as she found him, (Y/n) couldn't help but admire his persistence. His ability to get back up. "It is my duty to end crime. Including you. I always thought I had already faced the hardest thing to tackle. Turns out it's the mystery woman with headphones." A small smirk rested on his face. It was fun dressing up and it was fun pretending to be different people. Or, was it? Three YouTubers made a living from this - from creating alternate personas for the love of their fans. They thought it was a magnificent idea, yet there was something they didn't know. These personas had found life. They had become their own people, deciding it best if their creators wouldn't know their presence. Yet with more and more personas coming to life, one of those were bound to stray from the rest and want something more to life than being someone's alternate ego. Of course one would, and when that happens the Egos are forced to come out of their hiding and seek help from their creators. But, maybe, that seemed to make things worse. As an orphan, Emma Johnson never exactly believed in miracles or magic of any kind. Or even the proclaimed superheroes everyone loved. That all changed the fateful night when she was mugged and attacked. At that point in her life, she had come to the conclusion that she wouldn't amount to much, and as she lied half-conscious on the ground, she couldn't help but think that she deserved this kind of death. She didn't want it, but it seemed appropriate to someone with nothing to call her own. Then in swoops in her own personal superman, saving her and taking her back to his place where she wakes up the next day. She is then surprised to find that everything she thought was fake before, was suddenly coming to life before her eyes. At this point the group is just trying to get by, but it doesn't seem like the glitch monster isn't finished with them yet. He still has his eyes on the egos, specifically, a certain powerful magician. What happens when the hero wakes up, only to find that Marvin has disappeared.
