He's the One is a story about a girl who had been hurt by a Casanova when she was in First year college. Something also happened when her parents went to US for a business trip. And that made her afraid of men lalo na pag nasisigawan siya.

One day her ex-boyfriend came back bearing a lot of changes in him physically and emotionally. Destiny comes in their way which give them the opportunity to know each other even better than before.
