A story following Vincent Arinnes, a pizza guy who soon finds himself caught in a poorly-hidden criminal underworld hidden within the ExpoCity. A city where people embrace technology, and use it to improve themselves in any way imaginable. Yep.
After an accident, he finds himself in possession with one of the rather interesting pieces of technology that makes one of the  most criminally active cities in the United States even more of a joke.
