The day that Ashlynn Monroe died, left many scarred. Drunk Drivers always seemed to ruin everything. In the town of Great Barrington, Massachusetts, Everybody knew everybody. And that meant, Everyone knew Tyson Reed and Ashlynn Monroe were like sisters. They were insparable. Until the day Ashlynn died, of course. Ashlynn was hit by a drunk driver during the evening on August 23rd. Tyson didn't come out of her room for over a week. A year later, and life was still uneasy for Tyson. She hated car rides and she had changed dramatically. She went from being the Gorgeous Blonde with a group of friends to a black-haired girl who blocked everyone out who even tried to come near her. She hadn't had an easy life. After all, Her best friend died and her dad left her and her mother when she was just a young child. Finally hope comes. It was a weird way, though. It came in the form of a blonde 17 year old Irish boy who moved in two houses down from Tyson. Will this Accidental FairyTale have a Happy Ending? Or will her Knight in Shining Armour end up being a Jerk in Tin Foil?

She looks up at me, taking a step forward and smiling slightly, "How can I ever get hurt when I have you here to protect me?" "But you could have gotten hurt," I murmur softly, hanging my head and feeling my shoulders drop, the tension seeping from my body. "No. Stop," She cuts me off sternly but tenderly, "Don't talk like that, Reece. I'm okay, you're okay, we're okay," She speaks softly, reaching her hand up to gently brush her thumb over my cheek, just under the cut that's there. "We're okay," I repeat, taking a small step closer to her. She nods with a small smile, moving her hand down from my cheek and instead placing the palm of her hand on my chest, right over my heart. I know she can feel how fast my heart is beating. I just don't know why it's doing that. ~ Reece Carter is the bad boy of Northwood High. He smokes and he fights.
