𝙄𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙖𝙧, 𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙣𝙨... Decades of wars and unrest have clawed at the sides of Pyrrhia's dragons for as long as they can remember, and the tales of true peace and dragonets of prophecy are simply whispers of the past. Shrike has never been regarded by his tribe as a real SkyWing. His mother fell ill and passed away when he was a dragonet, and his father, a royal SeaWing, was executed by his dictatorial queen as soon as it was found out that he'd had an affair with a common SkyWing. Still, Shrike remains tethered to the Queen and his tribe. Years of lost wars, unfulfilled treaties, and an excessively lavish lifestyle lived by their ruler, Queen Markhor, have left the SkyWing tribe impoverished and starving, and Shrike, the princess's personal bodyguard, has witnessed the consequences of the Queen's ignorance firsthand. A diplomacy meeting with the SeaWings gone wrong erupts in yet another bloody war, and Shrike is swept up in battle before finding himself caught in between the jaws of the political turmoil that seem to be tearing his tribe apart from the inside out. To make matters worse, a prescient warning delivered years before by the continentally renowned prophet, Hereafter, is unraveling before Shrike's eyes, and its exhortations seem like an echo chamber awfully reminiscent of his own life. That coupled with a newfound power in his claws leaves him spiraling and wondering one question: could 𝘩𝘦 be the terror of talons? ✦ Please read the introductory pages! They will be EXTREMELY informative for understanding the basics of Pyrrhia's situation and the timeline leading up to this story. Consider leaving a vote if you enjoy this story! Constructive criticism and other comments are always welcome.

UNVEILING SECRETS IS A RISKY CHOICE. The limits of Reef Beach aren't strong enough to stop Sapphire's curiosity. She's been so curious about the whole idea of never going out into the world. Sapphire wasn't going to sit around and wait, so sneaking out must be the right idea. But even being cautious and quiet isn't enough for the dangers that lurk around to stop them from tangling Sapphire into them. When she accidentally catches herself in a lot of trouble, she needs to recover and fight back. But, then she gets into a bigger mess . . . . Staying close to the shadows in the moonlit night, she crawls her way in to find the answers. How did she end up in Reef Beach? Who are her parents - and why did they leave her there? How come Reef Beach is so limited? When her friends are in danger and she finds out about the raging war between the NightWings and SeaWings, Sapphire needs to act up. But finding the answers to all her questions isn't as simple as waving a wing. Finding new secrets, new friends, and even unveiling a prophecy. More questions come to her. Can she fulfill this prophecy? Will Sapphire succeed to stopping the war? Or will the war drag on endlessly with more dragons dying one by one . . . . [This is Book 1 of The Twilight Star Prophecy Arc] <°*^--------------------------*{O}*--------------------------^*°> The book series "Wings of Fire" does not belong to me and rightfully belongs to Tui T. A friendfiction AU in the world of Wings Of Fire that my friend and I made. What if Whiteout was an animus and killed Darkstalker? What if instead of going insane she decided to make a school where animus can keep their power in check? What if not every animus goes? This is an AU where there is no Dragonets of Destiny, there is no rise of Darkstalker, and no dragons we are familiar with. There are 6 dragons that we mainly follow; Orion, Nightwave, Stratus, Gobi, Moose, and Crab. Their stories entertwined but drastically different. And it certainly isn't their end. NOTE! If any of these dragons share the same name as your OC, that is a complete coincidence!
