When you turn fifteen, a red string appears tied around your pinkie finger, either right on your birthday or while you're fifteen, linking you to your soulmate.
Ashton Grey, a closed off and quiet junior in high school is already on the verge of turning sixteen, and still hasn't had his thread appear yet, which isn't normal in a world like his. One night, when he just about gives up on hoping, he finds a strand of red string appeared wrapped around his little finger.
Finally finding his thread of fate, he finds that he had been paired with the most unlikely person as a soulmate...so what should he do now?
