In the year 2004, a dictator ruled over the country called Stratum. The citizens on Stratum are no longer free, and have to follow strict rules made by the dictator. Severe restrictions on the freedom of association, expression and movement, arbitrary detention, torture and other ill-treatment resulting in death, and executions. This started a civil war between the dictator and the citizens. Bounty for heads are introduced, and having peace for a breakfast is getting harder. Among them, a masked man and a middle-aged man embark on a journey to defeat the dictator and regain their rights and freedom.
