One Hundred and Fifty years ago, the planet Jupiter was attacked with a deadly virus by Unknown Forces. Its inhabitants, the Jovians fled to Earth B to escape the Virus. The Humans had immediately felt threatened by them, only a few families somewhere in Britain and Nigeria had welcomed and accepted them warmly into their midst. 50 years later, the Humans' fear of the Jovians seemed to have escalated to a boiling point. This brought about the first planet war, Planet War I, between the humans and the Jovians. An unknown group of people offered help to the Humans with the warning that they would lose ¾ of the Earth's population. The Humans defeated the Jovians with help from this unknown source and the Jovians who survived went into hiding. This is the true history of New Dystopia.
New Dystopia is a nation that exists in Earth B, a parallel Universe to, the universally known, Earth. This Nation is ruled by King Rhydian Randall and his Mars Council. Five years after the war against the Jovians, the Humans set up an Academy, Mars International Military Education [MIME] is an academy that seats on a frigid Island in the outskirts of New Dystopia. The primary purpose of this Academy is to produce militarized Experimentees for hunting Jovians and defending the Human race, in case another war breaks out. These Experimentees are kids, from ages zero to young adulthood, that have been discarded or donated from across Earth and Mars.
Enter Betty Duncan, who has been experimented on and maltreated all her life by her adopted parents. She tries very hard not to draw attention to herself by making sure she is seen but not heard, in order to survive. But everything changes when he comes along. Roman wants nothing more than to have Betty by his side, to show the world what a great person she is; Then liberate everyone in the academy, even if that means going head to head with the principal - Roman's uncle, and his Father - the King of New Dystopia.

Elodie's life changes at the turn of a doorknob when she is forced into joining a secret organization that claims to be protecting the Earth from aliens. But with every step she takes, she finds the organization, or the facility, as they call it, becoming more and more suspicious. When a mysterious death occurs, revealing a well-concealed secret, things quickly go downhill as humanity's future is placed on the shoulders of a single gaggle of teenagers. *** I hear a sigh from the other side of the door, "Miss. Chaucer, you have a wonderful opportunity here, are you going to take it or not?" Now, I am seriously confused, "Opportunity?" She takes advantage of my befuddled state and shoves the door open. Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. So, call me stupid, but I sit down. "I am from a space organization that protects civilians from . . . outside threats." *** Beautiful cover made by @mahana258! Survival in space was our only option. The dying earth and its sickly inhabitants forced us to flee to the stars. My father, the commander of the elite group chosen to live amongst the stars, brought me along for the journey. And everything was going smoothly until I unexpectedly woke up on a new planet, one with an ethereal glow and an eerie resemblance to our old home as the commander of the military space force, my father tasked his men with exploring this new world. But what they discovered was far from welcoming. This new planet was already inhabited by terrifying creatures, and they were not happy with our presence. His men fought to survive against these beasts, I couldn't help but wonder why they were so hostile towards us. That's when one of them approached me, defying everything we had been warned about. Instead of attacking, it watched me pick flowers before later saving me from a fiery blast. Now it's my turn to save him. Please read the prologue in the beginning before going to Chapter 1. I know a lot of people skip Prologues, however, it has important information that will give you a better understanding of what's going on in other chapters. Feel free to comment and vote. He may not be aware of it yet, but Carrie Lancefull, a senior student on the verge of graduating from Edison High School, has been chosen for a remarkable journey. At a young age, he witnessed a battle between his idol, Lady Lynn, now known as Cassidy, and Prince Flynn, now Lord, following the king's passing five years ago. Recognizing Carrie's potential, Prince Flynn intervened in his match against the formidable Amazon of steel. After defeating her, Prince Flynn spotted a young Carrie in the stands and requested a meeting. He marked Carrie with the royal symbol on his wrist, signifying his eligibility to join the Royal Tournament upon turning 18. However, Carrie's aspirations have since been dampened by his blindness, and the discouraging words of others have led him to consider abandoning his dreams. During gym class, he is accompanied by his friend Kayla and best friend Lucio, and later meets Aislinn and Airian, twin sisters who become his supporters. Despite being a weak level one, while his peers are at levels 10 and 15, the twins commence training him to improve his abilities. However, this progress comes at a price. Throughout the story, character development and multiple storylines will unfold, providing insight into Carrie's friendships and the world of Futurämous. As the narrative unfolds, the question arises: can Carrie overcome the challenges and rise to the top, particularly when faced with the daunting task of competing against one of his closest friends for the same coveted spot? Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. We now live on a synthetic planet designed and built by our ancestors who came together from all parts of the globe to devise a plan to save us. We have lived peacefully for over a century.. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. (This is not based on The 100 but there are similarities.) (Some violent themes, but other than that is entirely clean.) Please comment if you have any questions or concerns. This is a first draft so it is definitely not perfect yet.. Thank you! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Where'd you learn to do that?" I asked about the intricate knots that he had tied so swiftly. He paused. "Jail." I glared at him in shock at what had just come out of his mouth. "Seriously?" His straight face broke into a grin. "No. Boy Scouts."

(This novel is under revision as of 2-5-19 up until I feel the true motivation to scrub through most of my older work. Also this summary is something to be fixed but until then) A thousand years ago the extermination of Earth from unknown circumstances brought about the end of humanity for the planet. The end of animals, most of nature, technology and everything that advanced in between. After Earth's destruction a new life began with the survivors of the near extinction of humanity. They constructed a singular civilization encased in a wall for protection from outside forces, built on the hope to reproduce and thrive with the life they were forced into. Zykard would be the start of a second life for humans But within that time of rebirth some of the survivors surged with horrors of Pre-Reearth. Heresy, treachery, riots, thefts, murders and revolutions. A need to for order was introduced, and brought about the leader of Zykard and seven factions of ten people. A thousand years later theres a change. An outsider appears and seemingly becomes the new leader of Zykard, bringing more hardships with their hopes. Crimson, a seventeen year old girl faces the verge of adulthood. The final trials being the only gap between her new reality. A new injection to be given to everyone after the trials. She will face the ugly second face of what Zykard really is behind the curtains. Face pain she never thought would be possible and lose what she loves the most. She will understand what it's like to become apart of the Zykard.

Humans and Pokémon are colonising Mars, but good people aren't the only ones with their eyes on this new world. The first spaceflight of the Ares program launched 49 years ago. So far, the red planet hasn't been kind. Without spacesuits, few Pokémon can survive outside the bubble that protects the first town, Ironville. Humans certainly can't. Most of its 350,000 residents say they love it there, but jokes about the 'Mars madness' hide a sinister reality for those who disagree. Despite that, more people and Pokémon keep coming. Amongst the huge crew of Ares 24 are four scientists convinced they'll be the ones to terraform the planet and see Pokémon thriving in the wild: Callerya Mesquite Magnolia, Thalassa Hawthorn Harmonia, Joshua Pickett and Jin Oak. Nyx Harmonia is their security guard. Mercury Harmonia is their photographer. The latter two, however, have something else in mind: finding Nyx's great-grandfather Volo and Mercury's father Horace, who disappeared through an Ultra Wormhole 30 years ago. If Volo and Horace are on Mars, that means the people who kidnapped them also are. They may well have found fellow villains Team Genesis, who also disappeared in search of Mars many years ago... and then there are the members of the criminal syndicates Cipher and Team Plasma who somehow made it onto the ship. Survival, let alone victory, is unlikely this time around. -------------------------------------- ⚠️ Rated mature for language, violence and death. 🕑 Timeline: 266 years after Legends: Arceus, 105 years after Red/Blue, 100 years after Black/White, 92 years after Sword/Shield, 30 years after Out of the Woods (my last story) This is a sequel to Pokémon: Out of the Woods. You can enjoy it without reading my others first (all references to the past will be explained), but I'd strongly recommend it to avoid spoilers and get familiar with all the OCs and pairings.
