Modern AU
Eren and Armin have been friends since they were eight. Mikasa and Eren have been friends since they were nine.
The three of them get caught up in a romance that could either make or break their friendship, bringing them to a while new level or ripping them apart just as easily as a Titan. Mikasa has liked Eren since the moment he brutally shot the human trafficker who butchered her father and shot her mother. Armin as liked Eren since the moment he brought him to the hidden cellar with tons of books, and an easy way to stare into those ocean eyes.
When a gang tries to kidnap Eren, everything gets a whole lot more real, the protagonists learn about a mysterious illegal drug that boosts human powers unnaturally, called TitanYF. The three have to go through some hella torture since the author is evil.
