It's been almost a year since the Diamond Armada appeared before the Authority, and William Ryan was forced to do the last thing he'd ever want to do: take the life of the one person he loved more than anything. It leaves you wondering, though, why wouldn't he want to change Y/N? If he really loves her, you'd think he would want to be with her forever. He dreamt of the day he'd lose her and it brought him pain...to know he would always stay the same, but be forced to watch her grow old and die one day.
Will didn't want that. He really did want to change her... But he had been through so much pain in the hundreds of years he's been a vampire. He's witnessed things you couldn't even dream of. He lost his family. The DA crew...they were all he had left. He didn't want to change her because he wouldn't be able to stand seeing her go through the kind of pain he went through. As her maker he can feel everything...every emotion. He'd recognize that pain anywhere. So what happens when her family makes an attempt to reach out to her?

This is a SEQUEL to my first story, Bound By Blood. If you have not read the first story, you'll probably be confused as hell...so uh...you should go do that! This will NOT be my last DAGames X Reader vampire fanfic. While writing this story, I've come up with some other ideas and being the unfocused little shit that I am, started writing yet ANOTHER one. So keep an eye out for that once this story is complete. That being said, please enjoy! :)
