When Eijiro was forced to leave his home in the depths of the ocean to take a trip up to the surface by his best friend Mina he expected trouble. What he didn't expect was to wind up in some merperson hospital/aquarium millions of miles from home with an injured tail and no idea how to get home or even where home is. That's the downside of living in a pod cut off from the rest of the world for centuries though.
