The ugly friend is the friend that you're friends with just to make yourself look better. Everyone has one and if you don't then you're the 'ugly' friend. My deepest apologizes to whoever just found out they were the 'ugly' friend.
Josie Whitley has always known that she was the ugly friend since she was young. Her best friends Ashton,Sicily, and Kennedy are the 'it' girls of the school. With beauty, brains, and likeable personalities they were perfect. Unlike Josie who was an antisocial geek who hated makeup and dressing like a girl.
Whenever her friends start to notice how depressed she is they decide to give her a makeover. But she notices that with the makeover comes a whole new Josie. One who drinks alcohol, smokes weed, and hooks up with random guys at parties.
And the only way to get Josie back to normal was for her to be snapped to her senses by her childhood crush.

Perfect mixture
Hailey Ryans your cliche girl with an extremely pretty face and a good girl vibe but she's not even close to it. Excessively clumsy, unorganized, messy, uncoordinated, weird, always finds herself in trouble, embarrasses herself way too often, way too hyper, and the tendency to do stupid things like she has nine lives, Hailey's personality is a bit too much. To sum it all up, she's the perfect definition of a walking disaster. Jayden Brown - supposed to hate Hailey because of a certain incident but can't find it in himself. He's reserved, with only a few words here and there, she's a certified yapper. He's careful and organized, she's forgetful and careless. He keeps a cool head, well sometimes, but she's always stressed out. He's thoughtful and reasonable, she's well, super clumsy. He observes and studies, she's oblivious and next to dumb.
