Jesse Bright has to spend the summer with his aunt and uncle after getting himself into trouble back at home. He finds himself stuck in the small town of Morrison Bay unaware of the adventures yet to come. 

Charlotte Dixon had no intentions for doing anything other then working hard during her summer break, she had college textbooks and necessities to save up for after all.

One fateful run-in at the local diner seemed to shake up this pairs plan for the summer of 1996.
