In the wake of the Green Poison pandemic, the sleeper agents of the Strategic Homeland Division have fought through a dark winter, grimly carrying out their mission to ensure the continuity of government. Armed with what they can scavenge, and bolstered by high tech tools of classified design, they've been the last hope for the few survivors who remain. But when their greatest advantage is suddenly stripped away, an emergency signal summons a technician to Washington D.C. to repair the damage, not only to their own systems, but to a capital on the brink of complete destruction. With enemies on all sides, his only allies are those who also answered the call and a lone wolf who survived the winter right at the center of the disaster.

(Sequel to Clair de Lune) "I'm not scared of the thunder anymore." I can taste the fear in the air. This place, it isn't like PASCI, or at least the PASCI we know. Everyone is crammed two to a cell, and I'm too far away from my family to be comfortable. What's left of them, that is. It isn't long before someone starts to cause issues. We're broken out, the building is on lockdown, and I'm hunting down the only people I have left in this world. Except when I open the door...past mistakes are brought into the light and I'm forced to face them as I'm met with a new enemy, one with a motive far more devious than that of the poor PASCI corporation. They want to take back what's theirs, and they won't let anyone stand in their path, agent, civilian, or subject alike. Someone is leading them too, a man with power enough to warp and bend the minds around him to do his bidding. I don't know how much more of this I can take.
