Dream is a young prince with a special gift. Being able to create people's hopes and dreams with the flick of his wrist. Upon learning this he was then hid from society, in order to protect him.
Cross now a royal guard is determined to not be like the other royal guards, who quit after finding out that the prince was 'childish'. Cross swore promises to the soon to be King... and he plans to succeed in protecting the prince.
