Ieyasu Serizawa is a young man who, since birth, has always felt like he was born different. But after a Kaiju attack on his home in Fukuoka causes the death of his family at the age of 5, he is later kidnapped by the Fallen Angel Kokabiel and held captive under experimentation for the next 9 years. However, after a fateful encounter with the King of the Monsters, Godzilla, Ieyasu inherits his powers and escapes, vowing to master her new power and one day seek revenge. 5 years later after wandering the country, He finally arrives in Kuoh Town, hoping for a fresh start. However, he soon discovered that not only are the Fallen Angels still around, but that the town is also under the protection of the Devil heiress Rias Gremory and her Peerage. Now, together alongside the members of the Occult Research Club and others, he will have to fight against a whole assortment of powerful enemies and find a way to bridge the gap between the supernatural world and the Kaiju if there is to ever be any hope for Earth's survival.
