Liam Sherbet would like to peruse his dream of becoming a therapist or at least a counsellor so to get himself started, he decides to become a volunteer for the well-being team at his local high school. Kai Avocado is a sixteen-year-old kid who everyone would refer to as "emo". He has a huge battle going with his father about something he's wanting to be proud of. With a mixture of angst and romance, this story is told.
