Izuku had two quirks. His first allowed him to regenerate any harm done to him. His regeneration is like Bans from Seven Deadly Sins. His healing ability had two properties. He could rewind a body to be like it was yesterday or he can heal them normally. The rewind aspect took no stamina on both parties.
