This story is my idea of what a metroid movie would be like.   The story is largely a retelling of Metroid Zero mission but with some of the backstory from the manga and Other m aswell.

"Space pirates have stolen valuable cargo from the Galactic Federation. In retaliation the Galactic Federation have hired a bounty hunter to retrieve what was stolen.  But the bounty hunter gets more than she bargained for when she must return to the place she grew up and relive past trauma"

Or will he fail humanity as his parents did? This short story (in 13 parts) is a love letter to fans of Ender's Game and Maze Runner. (I may eventually turn this into a novel but for now, I hope you enjoy this 10,000 word story about hope and overcoming one's weakness.)
