(Naruto) Task Force: Foxglove

For almost 20 years, the treaties between the Five Great Nations prevented any acts of violence or declarations of war. For once, the ninja world was at peace, but soon that all changed with the assassination of the beloved Eighth Hokage.

The Hidden Stone Village, who was not keen in the first place about the Allied Forces, was to blame for this. They had sent several skilled shinobi to get the deed done, which resulted in several domino effects. This would cause all of the nations to bring back their barriers, defenses, and would force them to be on the guard all the time.

Unfortunately, the treaties and the peace between the nations would come to an end, as many ninja predicted that it would. Shinobi are violent by nature, so it was only a matter of time before the peace between nations was just a think of the pass. Just a way to prevent the end of all shinobi.

For this reason, all the hidden villages of the great nations, including the Hidden Leaf, have decided to put together a task force that would carry out missions to prevent the destruction of the village no matter the cost. These ninja are more skilled than the Anbu, even rivaling the power of the Hokages themselves, which is why they've been put into a task force of their own. Task Force Foxglove, named after the beautiful poisonous flower that will kill by going straight for the heart.

Each clan of the village had a member of their clan specifically picked out by the Hokage to fight in an arena, to determine, out of the twelve competitors, who the strongest six are. And those six will form this deadly task force. Follow these six as they embark on different missions, risk their lives, and do every thing in their power to protect the village they call home
