Every year, around his birthday, Izuku's quirk will make his body mutate. This is due to a problem with his quirk factor. There is no known way to stop him from mutating, and mutations tend to resemble animal parts, although that's not always the case.

How long can one endure all the humiliation, bullying and suicial batings until it was too much? Who knows! However, there was one person who would find this out very soon.
