Leo and Brian are new patients of a local psychiatrist find out that she is offering more than just a place to talk about their problems. When the boys start to develop powers far beyond the realm of normal possibly they confide in one person, their doctor. She explains to them that they are now a part of something bigger than themselves and because of that need to use discretion. When one of the boy’s actions goes against that and threatens to expose everyone, decisions must be made. The doctor must use her other patient to help her bring him in but who will be the victor? When you make someone powerful how will they react when you want to take that power away?

Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime has increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls.
