    Sakusa huffs. "Interesting?" 
    
    "Yeah, like you. And it's not because you're one of the top aces in the nation," I tell him. A flicker of surprise flashes across his dark irises. We stand there, in a moment that seems to exist out of time, and as the seconds tick by, Sakusa's grim expression shifts into one of contemplation.
    
    Finally, he speaks: "You're so genuine, (l/n). I haven't met anyone like you in a long time."
