Sometimes I wish that I was in a kid's story book, where my story happens to start on " Once upon a time" and end in a "Happily ever after" with the man I chose to be with, the man I chose to spend my life with, the man in my dreams. But I guess these fairy tales aren't for me, not for a person like me.

The Greatest Abomination
Andrew Smith is a 17 year old boy intent on having the best life possible. There's just one problem - his orientation. In this LGBT themed story, he narrates his experiences from childhood to adolescence in what life as a gay boy has consisted of, including all the laughs, tears, loves, disappointments, and challenges along the way. It's a tale of self-acceptance and the desire to be just like anyone else. Through many ups and downs, Andrew begins to lose hope in himself and his future. Is all hope lost for Andrew or will things work themselves out in the end? ----- This story is a mixture of my own personal experiences and some fiction to make it "flow" better. It's the first type of writing I've ever really done, and was originally written to self-help, to allow me to cope and deal with things. THE EDITED VERSION OF THIS STORY IS ON INKITT. I've re-written and changed this blurb at least 8 times. This is my favourite story; it was a labour of love. It's a hard story to categorise, to slot into one genre. Yes, it is a time travel tale, a BL romance, with history and magic thrown in to make things more interesting. The ML grows on you, even the annoying puff of smoke becomes endearing. It's written as a journal, so the ML only knows what you know as he writes each chapter. Tim never foresaw where the events were leading him... so far from home, in place and time. He never knew he could live such a BIG life. Once upon a time a snow king fell for an apathetic servant, then a prince-turned-bear found true love in a fellow prince who almost shot him in the face. Almost. Then, of course, one can't forget a monster who found himself wanting to be more human. Bit by bit. For love. Protagonists quirky and not, sarcastic and witty and a bit too self-aware. Every fairy tale has their typical happy ending but it looks as though these ones had to take detours and backtrack on the way to theirs... oh well. As long as it ends well, who cares if it's a little bit odd. Each story is its own stand-alone tale of romance, though there may be bonus shorts for some.Complete
