Virgil has a secret he is determined not to reveal at any cost. The other Light sides walk around Virgil, flaunting their gifts while he stands at the sidelines, hoping and praying his irritation doesn't take hold.
What happens when Virgil's Light Side family and Thomas are threatened. what will happen when he's forced to reveal his secret to the others? Will Virgil's carefully spun relationship of tolerance with the others shatter? Or will it only grow stronger? Who knows in this journey.

Everyone knows that once upon a time Virgil Sanders was a Dark Side of Thomas's personality, he was once known to be Paranoia but he never felt like he belonged anywhere and on either side. Though today he is considered to be a hybrid now; he is a balance of both, he is light and he is dark but thankfully he is no longer an enemy of Thomas or the other Light Sides. Still haunted by his mysterious past Virgil has to keep secrets in order to protect Thomas and the others, hopefully, to never reveal the pain he once endured but the arrival of two dark sides; Janus and Remus causes Virgil to become very wary. Not sure whether to see them as a threat or what they are planning has Virgil on edge. Soon he notices that Thomas is starting to fall closer into darkness and is slowly beginning to weaken and infect his new family. Knowing what will happen if Thomas is completely corrupted, Virgil knows he has to stop whatever is causing this infection even if he must pay the ultimate price.Complete

As the Sides help Thomas with another problem he has he gets a call on his phone from his new friend and crush Nico. They talk for a bit about Thomas spending time with Nico on his birthday. Thomas doesn't know what to choose so his sides decide to surprise him with a party and Nico being there. They just hope Thomas won't be mad that they did this to him. Hold On (Book 1 of It's Not Over)
[Completed] Sanders Sides human au fanfic. Twin brothers Virgil and Patton Novas have moved around a lot thanks to their father's job. From their father's home country, and their birth place, of Cabo Verde to their mother's country of birth, Ireland. From Ireland to Massachusetts. From Massachusetts to Arizona. After spending several years in a stable environment they're moving again, this time not only are they leaving behind friends but also their mother's grave. Virgil has to convince his twin brother and their dad that, despite his terrible migraines and sometimes crippling anxiety, he won't go down the same road as his mother. On top of having an overprotective family he has to navigate being the new kid in his senior year of high school, making friends, falling in love, and learning how to save a life. How hard can the next nine months be? All he has to do is hold on and convince his new best friend to do the same. I do not own the characters Virgil, Patton, Roman, Remus, Deceit, Remy, or Emile Picani. They belong to the awesome, amazingly talented cinnamon roll that is Thomas Sanders. I also don't like 99% of the music and song lyrics that will make an appearance in this book. I am, however, the proud owner of the hyperactive muse (by the name of Orion who makes an appearance in here) that spawned this story into existence when he was supposed to be helping me work on my other two fan fictions and three original works.
