Almost everybody would like to have Ross Lynch for a neighbor ... and guess what! Katlin Sparks gets to have him! When Ross Lynch moves out to New York City, he is staying next to her but she hasn't figured out until he saves her life. After that they get to know each other. Katlin realizes that Ross is a big jerk nad Ross thinks that Katlin is too snob. They really get to hate each other untill Ross's house floods. So he has to live with Katlin for a few days until his house gets fixed. Will they eventually discover that they are deeply in love with each other?
