"San Francisco was a tough one to write. It's based on the start of the relationship and wanting to go back to where it started. The song was called Take Me Back but I changed it to San Francisco because the song is basically about San Francisco and the area. I spent some time there about six or seven months ago and I messed things up with someone while I was there, it's basically just about wanting to go back to the beginning and start over.
