Alex is a damaged girl with a hard exterior, struggling with school and an abusive home life, her only escape is spending time with her best friend. 

Logan is a boy who emotionally distances himself from everyone, with a past of his own haunting him. He's reluctant to make friends, and when Alex and her friend approach him he's torn between keeping up the walls he spent so long building, or opening his heart to the girl who caught his attention.
