A Year Away From Her

Daniella Giuliani and Viviana De Rossi have always been together since birth due to their parents being best friends. Both families are in the mafia but they want to join their two mafias into one with a marriage between the two girls, and that's exactly what they did. From the age of five, the two girls knew they were going to be married once they turned twenty-five. Because of this, Viviana was always possessive of Daniella and made sure that no one ever came near her. At first, Daniella was fine with it but once she reached her junior year of high school, she got tried of it. She just wanted a somewhat normal life, without Viviana around her, but there wasn't much she could do, they were going to be married in the end.

Finally, one year before they turn twenty-five, Daniella offers a proposal to both families. To have one year away from Viviana and anything to do with the mafia. One year of a normal life. Both families are hesitant at first, but in the end, they agree because they need the marriage to work out. Of course, Viviana hates the idea because she doesn't want to be away from her fiancée but she is given no choice but to agree or she might lose Daniella forever and her position as Mafia King.
