Incarcerated for two counts of murder, Ransom Drysdale didn't expect to be walking free for a few decades to come. That is, until an awfully convenient technical failure leads to his escape. Taking an officer hostage might not have seemed like his smartest decision at the time but when Lago reveals ulterior motives of her own, some common ground leads them to a romance for the ages.
