The whole place has gone to hell, the dead don't stay dead, the living arnt much better
Umbrella caused this shit show but they don't seem to care about fixing it, but when an all new kind of mutation crops up in the middle of this chaos they send one of their monsters to go get it
Somebody probably should have double checked that things programming
